Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Crme Enrichment Teacher in South Barrington to design and lead engaging early childhood learning experiences. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children explore, play, and develop key social, emotional, and cognitive skills. You will implement enrichment activities aligned with developmental milestones, observe and document progress, and communicate regularly with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll have opportunities for training, professional growth, and meaningful impact on each child's potential. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate enrichment lessons and activities Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Observe and document children's progress and development Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences Collaborate with center staff to align curriculum and routines Implement Kinder Care's policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in training and professional development Required Skills Lesson planning for early childhood Classroom management Child development knowledge Early childhood curriculum implementation Observation and documentation of child progress Family communication Health, safety, and hygiene practices Behavior guidance techniques CPR and First Aid skills Collaboration with teaching teams
