KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our CDLC of Cedar Park center to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where children explore, learn, and grow through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will design engaging lesson plans, observe and document children's progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in professional development and staff meetings. Support center-wide programs, routines, and special activities.
