KinderCare seeks dedicated Teachers for our Village Drive center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and academic growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll communicate regularly with families, document children's progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure constant supervision and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom. Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones. Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Communicate regularly with families about progress, concerns, and classroom activities. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care curriculum and standards. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior in a positive manner. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and progress records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
