Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment following health and safety regulations Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Support early childhood education principles by observing developmental milestones and tailoring activities accordingly Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and compassion Collaborate with team members to plan classroom activities that foster growth and engagement for infants with diverse needs Ensure compliance with licensing standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements related to infant care Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development stages specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and young children Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to maintain patience, flexibility, and attentiveness in a dynamic caregiving environment Embark on a rewarding career where your nurturing spirit helps shape the earliest stages of children's lives!
