Full-Time | Weekends and some Holidays Required Are you a pet lover with leadership experience? We're hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead our dog daycare and boarding facility. You'll play a key role in supervising staff, ensuring excellent animal care, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of daycare and boarding services Supervise and assist staff with animal care and safety protocols Greet clients, check pets in/out, and handle inquiries Monitor dog behavior and ensure proper playgroup management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Administer feedings, medications, and special care Assist with scheduling, inventory, and staff training Use pet management software for bookings and records
Qualifications:
Experience in a dog daycare, kennel, or animal care setting Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Pet CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
