Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Experienced Childcare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your expertise in child development instruction, classroom management, and behavior management will help foster a love of learning and support each child's unique developmental journey. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Provide attentive child supervision ensuring safety at all times during indoor and outdoor activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or updates Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning while adhering to health and safety standards Apply child supervision techniques and behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills Follow mandated reporting laws to report any suspected child abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately Incorporate early childhood education best practices such as childhood development principles, classroom experience techniques, and child care standards into daily routines Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings with classroom experience preferred Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, or similar emergency response training required; ongoing certification renewal is expected Strong understanding of child development instruction, early childhood education principles, and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with children of various ages including infant care and toddler care environments Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a safe environment Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional childcare that nurtures every child's potential!
