Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with infants. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help shape their learning experiences and prepare them for future educational success. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6:30pm. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met. Monitor and assess children's progress, behavior, and development, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote effective communication and collaboration. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Skills Strong caregiving skills. Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during daily activities. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for young children. Previous experience in nannying or similar roles is a plus.
