Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant / Two Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, nurture young children's development, and create a safe, engaging environment for infants and toddlers. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines, including diapering, feeding, playtime, and nap schedules for infants and two-year-olds Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth based on child development principles Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, including pediatric first aid and CPR protocols Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns through updates and meetings Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies to foster independence and social skills Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support individual needs, including those with special education requirements or disabilities Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress, attendance records, and incident reports in compliance with mandated reporting laws Support the professional growth of assistant teachers by providing mentorship and guidance in classroom management and early childhood education best practices Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood settings Strong knowledge of childhood development instruction and infant/toddler care techniques Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and child safety procedures required; ongoing training preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Classroom management skills with the ability to create an organized, engaging learning environment Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child abuse or neglect Prior experience in daycare or preschool settings demonstrating reliability and professionalism Passion for early childhood education with a focus on nurturing young learners during their critical developmental years Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to enriching children's lives through joyful learning experiences. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
