```Duties```

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
• Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the preschool program
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones ```Experience```
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Familiarity with toddler care and the unique needs of this age group
• Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide and support young learners
• Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
