Summary The Learning Experience in Coppell is seeking an experienced and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing environment for young children, supporting their growth and development while ensuring a safe and engaging learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children. Engage with children through play-based learning activities that foster curiosity and creativity. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom to ensure a conducive learning environment. Requirements Experience working with Infants, toddlers or preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and compassionately. Creative mindset with the ability to engage children through innovative teaching methods.
