Immediate Hiring Position Summary:

We are immediately hiring a caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler and Infant Teachers . The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, has leadership experience, and enjoys guiding both children and classroom team members in a structured, supportive, and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the toddler classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Mentor and support assistant teachers Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all state licensing and center policies

Qualifications:

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting (required) Previous lead teacher experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE coursework strongly preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and nurturing attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
