• Build a warm and welcoming culture by engaging staff, teachers, and kids with professionalism, positivity and enthusiasm.
• Familiarize self with the minimum childcare standards and ensure classrooms are meeting expectations
• Participate in school functions (i.e., Open House, Fall Carnival, and Holiday Programs).
• Maintain records for each child
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with age-appropriate activities
• Reliably commute to work in a timely manner
• Supervise children diligently ensuring safety and learning is achieved daily
• Foster an environment which encourages development and growth for all children
• Report to Assistant Director and Director with effective communication

Skills Preferred:

• Well-versed with children's learning curriculum
• Creative mind to create learning opportunities with resources provided

Additional Requirements:

• Complete/Pass criminal history check and set up FBI fingerprints
• Maintain CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Maintain 30 clock hours of annual training
