Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity while ensuring each child's safety and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact during these formative years through innovative lesson planning, classroom management, and personalized care. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence among toddlers Manage daily classroom activities, including circle time, play-based learning, physical education, and rest periods Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and interests Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children's milestones, behavior management strategies, and daily experiences Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies suited for toddlers Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Experience in curriculum development tailored for toddler care and preschool settings Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning for young children Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Familiarity with standardized testing methods relevant to early childhood education assessments Ability to implement inclusive practices for children requiring special education support or additional assistance Knowledge of childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and best practices in daycare environments Join us in shaping young minds through dynamic teaching methods and compassionate care.
