Multiple schedule options- come in person to apply between 10 and 2 :) Job Summary We are seeking passionate and experienced Teachers to join our dynamic educational team, specializing in instructing children across all age groups including Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, Pre-K, and School Age. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, with the ability to develop engaging curricula tailored to each developmental stage. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support children's emotional regulation and social skills. Incorporate curriculum development techniques across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual learning plans, including early intervention strategies when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational approaches as appropriate. Experience Texas Rising Star experience a plus • Prior classroom experience working with children across various age groups—Infants through School Age—is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Experience with special education, early intervention programs, or literacy education is highly desirable. Background in toddler care, preschool education, or private school teaching enhances candidacy. Familiarity with teaching physical education, math instruction, or Montessori methods is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members are required.
