Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Faith-Based Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team, working with infants, 2-year-olds, and preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that incorporate faith-based principles alongside early childhood education standards. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes emotional security, positive behavior management, and respectful interactions. Facilitate age-appropriate lessons in literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects aligned with developmental stages. Support children's social-emotional growth through effective classroom management techniques and individualized attention. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention practices to meet diverse learning needs. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and spiritual development. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare policies at all times. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development theories and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or Montessori methods is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Experience in special education or early intervention programs is advantageous. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; ongoing professional development encouraged. A genuine passion for nurturing young children's growth within a faith-based context.
