This shift can be full or part time. Your Role Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Implement curriculum following the weekly theme Establish open communication with parents/guardians of the children in your class Qualifications High School or Ged Two years of experience in related childcare or educational field preferred, but not required. Good communication, problem solving, and priority setting skills; as well as maintaining an overall positive and professional attitude. Ability to effectively plan, organize, and implement educational activities. Ability to make decisions on behalf of children and protect their wellbeing. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be willing to submit to a background check.
