This role involves caring for children, facilitating their learning through play, and ensuring their overall well-being. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive team atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not required. Knowledge of child development principles is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and parents. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
