Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Director of Preschool to join our vibrant educational community. Knowledge of Procare Childcare software is a MUST. Duties Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and professional team Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and ensure resource allocation aligns with program goals Coordinate with external agencies and community partners to enhance program offerings and ensure compliance with educational standards Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at continuous program improvement and innovation in early childhood education Flexible with opening and closing shifts Qualifications Proven experience in preschool management or administration within an educational setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management Knowledge of education policies, licensing requirements, and best practices in early childhood education Experience working within university-affiliated programs or similar educational institutions is advantageous Demonstrated teaching experience with young children and familiarity with curriculum development Join us as we nurture the next generation of learners!
