This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and is looking for consistent afternoon/evening hours. Our Closing Teacher will help us provide a safe, engaging, and calm environment as children transition through the end of their day.

Responsibilities include:

Actively supervise children at all times Assist classrooms during the afternoon transition Lead simple extended-day activities such as art, music & movement, outdoor play, sensory activities, books, puzzles, and learning centers Assist with snacks/meals as scheduled Complete diapering and bathroom routines as needed Maintain accurate classroom documentation Greet and communicate professionally with families during pickup Clean and sanitize toys, tables, learning areas, and classroom materials Help combine classrooms appropriately as attendance decreases Complete assigned closing duties and prepare the classroom for the following day Follow all Stages Academy policies and Texas childcare licensing requirements We're looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, patient, energetic, comfortable working with multiple age groups, and able to stay actively engaged with children—not someone who simply "watches" the classroom.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-7:30 PM . Candidates must be consistently available for the entire shift.

Requirements:
