8AM-5PM Early Childhood Educators are responsible for creating an environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of the students in their assigned classes. Educators should serve as a creative mind in implementing curriculum in their classrooms. Educators must be knowledgeable of age-appropriate activities and child development philosophies and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material
  • Balance you're teaching between logical and social exercises.
  • Educators are responsible for maintaining between 5-8 learning centers that offer developmentally and age-appropriate practices by providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children.
  • Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child's abilities.
  • Educators must be able to Attend all staff meetings, trainings, orientations and on boarding.
  • Evaluate children's performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
  • Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children.
  • Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
  • Clean up/Sanitizing the classroom. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Child Care Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
  • Methodical and creative
  • Patience, flexibility, and love for children
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Certificate in first aid and CPR
  • High school Diploma Required /Degree in early childhood education Preferred Ongoing Requirements
  • Complete Orientation Training
  • Complete Annual Required Training per
Minimum Standards Job Types:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
