Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Educator to inspire and nurture young children in their early developmental years. You will be responsible for designing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering positive behavior, and supporting the overall well-being of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and active participation among toddlers and preschoolers. Manage classroom activities to ensure smooth daily routines, including transitions, circle time, play-based learning, and rest periods. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address any concerns. Apply behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and support children's emotional regulation. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records related to child welfare and development. Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in preschool or childcare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development instruction. Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and lesson planning tailored for early learners. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and standardized testing methods relevant to preschool education. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement child welfare standards while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes physical activity and literacy education.
