Full time:

9:00 am- 5:30 pm work shift (includes lunch break, morning and afternoon break) Part time: 12:30 pm- 5:30 pm Must be able to easily get up and down from the floor Care for and instruct infants and preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed Required to pass background check Offering competitive wages and an energetic and positive work environment Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on child development, address concerns, and foster collaborative support. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and other classroom documentation. Provide specialized support for children requiring early intervention or special education services to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a preschool environment or early childhood setting is required; classroom experience is highly valued. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment. Experience working with students requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
