Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom atmosphere Maintain daily communication with families Track developmental milestones and complete assessments Follow licensing standards and all school policies Model professionalism, teamwork, and strong classroom management Maintain accurate attendance and required documentation Support school-wide events and community-building activities
Qualifications :
Prior early childhood teaching experience required CDA or degree in Early Childhood/Education preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet licensing guidelines Passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel loved About Kiddie Academy Kiddie Academy® is a leader in educationally focused childcares for more than 30 years.
