Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes child development through innovative lesson planning, effective classroom management, and meaningful parent communication. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management and classroom organization techniques Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Conduct child assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental progress Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of student records Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and lesson planning for young learners Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare Experience managing classroom behavior and implementing classroom management strategies Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and literacy education Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare Join us at Pecan Ranch Early Learning Center where your passion for teaching can inspire the next generation of explorers!
