Job Description

Resource Teacher (Part-Time, Afternoons) Pinnacle Montessori is looking for a dependable, energetic, and flexible Resource Teacher to join our team! This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working in a school environment, loves helping children, and takes pride in supporting teachers and keeping the day running smoothly.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities As our afternoon Resource Teacher, no two days are exactly the same!
Duties include:
Assist classrooms as needed to maintain required teacher-to-child ratios. Prepare and serve afternoon snacks. Support teachers by making copies, laminating materials, cutting projects, and preparing classroom supplies. Float between classrooms to provide breaks and extra assistance. Help supervise children during afternoon activities and transitions. Assist with cleaning and organizing classrooms and common areas. Help with end-of-day closing procedures to ensure the school is ready for the next day. Complete other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the school. Qualifications Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
