Energetic, nurturing, positive, and child-friendly personality Strong attendance habits Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate/GED holder for full time positions. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must pass all state required background checks. Must be able to lift 35 pounds consistently throughout the workday for diaper changes and reassurance of children Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills needed Experience in childcare is a plus
