Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Gilmer KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom where young children learn through play and exploration. You'll design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and communicate regularly with families. Working in our inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll receive ongoing training and opportunities to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on children's early learning and confidence. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe and document children's progress and share updates with families. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and parents. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on classroom goals. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
