What We're Looking For:

We are looking for compassionate individuals who possess the following qualities:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A strong commitment to patience, hard work, and self-motivation.
• A positive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively within a team of educators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Completed state training hours related to childcare.
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
