Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and report on child development and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and center events. Follow all licensing, safety, and health regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
