Job Description

Childcare Teacher We are seeking caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children, enjoys creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and is committed to helping children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities. Encourage children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom. Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress. Follow all state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Work cooperatively with other teachers, directors, and staff members. Participate in required training and professional development.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required . Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check as required by the Texas Health and Human Services Child Care Licensing Division. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be dependable, punctual, and have excellent communication skills. Must enjoy working with children and be able to work as part of a team. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or must be obtained after hire. Pay:
$8.25 - $9.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
