This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the early educational and spiritual experiences of students, preparing them for future academic success. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment. Manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive atmosphere. Conduct standardized testing as required to assess student progress and development. Provide care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings to parents during conferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management. Ability to communicate effectively with young children and their families. Familiarity with standardized testing processes related to early childhood education.
