Little Learners Children's Academy is seeking caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time infant teacher. Our center provides a nurturing, educational environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old using a structured curriculum that promotes development through play, learning, and exploration.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for team members who genuinely care about children, show up with a positive attitude, and are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment. You must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to follow state licensing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with infants in daily activities using our curriculum Maintain a clean and organized classroom (cleaning is a daily responsibility) Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies Attend monthly teacher meetings Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers Be flexible and willing to help in different classrooms as needed

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or higher Must pass fingerprinting and background check (required before hire) CPR/First Aid Certification and required training hours before entering the classroom (provided at no cost to you) Must be dependable, kind, and passionate about early childhood education Must be willing to learn and grow with our team

Pay & Benefits:

Weekly pay: $9-$11/hr starting, based on experience Raise after 90 working days with performance review PTO and sick leave available after 90 working days (dependent on position) Eligible for end-of-year bonus if 90 working days are met CPR/First Aid certification and required training hours provided at no cost to you Supportive, team-focused work environment Ready to apply?
