Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children's developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a joyful atmosphere where children feel valued and supported as they explore, learn, and grow. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts. Ensure the safety of children by following strict health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Support children's emotional well-being through positive reinforcement, behavior management strategies, and nurturing interactions. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and any concerns that arise. Assist with classroom organization, including maintaining clean play areas and educational materials. Implement individualized care plans for children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring inclusive participation in activities. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or as a nanny or babysitter. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Ability to administer first aid confidently and respond effectively to emergencies. Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and adapting activities accordingly. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and empathetically. Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for caregiving roles involving infants through preschoolers. Pay:
$9.00 - $12.00 per hour
