Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
• Supervise and engage children in playtime, arts and crafts, and other educational activities
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
• Follow established protocols for behavior management and discipline
• Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a caregiving capacity (e.g., nannying, babysitting)
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
• Ability to create and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
