Position Overview:

We are seeking a fun, energetic Summer Camp Teacher to lead and engage children from Kindergarten through age 12 in our summer program. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be a "big kid," enjoys staying active, and is passionate about making learning fun and memorable. Consistency and strong leadership are key, as this age group thrives with structure, creativity, and positive guidance.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate summer activities and lessons Create a fun, safe, and structured environment for school-age children Supervise and actively participate in games, outdoor play, and enrichment activities Chaperone and assist with field trips Encourage positive behavior while understanding and managing age-appropriate boundary testing Maintain open communication with parents and team members Follow all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required) Ability to pass a background check (required) Experience working with children preferred Education in Early Childhood Development or related field is a plus
