We are seeking 2caring, responsible, and energetic lead Teachers to support the development and well-being of children in our after-school program children. The teacher's will be responsible for supervising children, planning and leading age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and fostering positive social and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of children in a structured after-school setting. Plan and implement educational and recreational activities, including arts & crafts, games, reading time, and outdoor play. Assist children with homework and provide academic support as needed. Promote positive behavior and resolve conflicts using appropriate guidance techniques. Maintain open communication with parents, school staff, and fellow teachers. Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety regulations. Keep records of attendance, incidents, and daily reports and food program as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working with children in a daycare, school, or youth program setting. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 18 Years and Older Must be looking for long-term career and growth within the company
