Job Description

Kerrville's Bright Beginnings is currently seeking a reliable and flexible Floater Teacher to join our team. The Floater Teacher will support lead teachers in different classrooms as needed, assist with daily activities, help maintain a safe and organized environment, and ensure children receive attentive and consistent care throughout the day. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms Support classroom transitions and routines Follow all center policies and state regulations
Requirements:
Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and flexible Ability to work in multiple classrooms as needed If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
