Duties Provide attentive, compassionate care to children starting with ages 10-12 months Implement and maintain age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote social-emotional awareness, social-emotional growth, fine motor skills, large gross motor skills, and physical activity Manage classroom environments with effective classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and conflict resolution Engage in early childhood education practices that support childhood development milestones Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design, lesson planning, and academic advising to optimize educational outcomes This includes diaper changing and helping to maintain children's cleanliness Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or childcare settings is highly preferred but not required Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care Communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members(this would be helpful!)
