Carousel Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team! This position works directly with children ages 2 years in a nurturing and structured environment. Hours are from 8am to 5pm .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom for young toddlers Follow daily schedules and routines that promote learning through play Communicate positively with children, parents, and staff Assist with diapering, feeding, and maintaining a clean classroom Promote developmental milestones in language, motor skills, and social interaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Clear background check and fingerprinting (required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Prior experience with toddlers in a childcare setting is preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule Strong communication skills and a genuine love for children
