```Duties```

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
• Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom ```Skills```
• Special education experience: Ability to work with children with special needs and provide appropriate support
• Infant care: Knowledge of caring for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
• Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in an educational setting, such as a school or daycare

• Educate:

  Ability to teach basic educational concepts to young children, such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters

• Babysitting:

  Experience in babysitting or providing childcare services
• Toddler care: Understanding of the unique needs of toddlers, including potty training, socialization, and language development

• Childcare:

  Knowledge of general childcare practices, including safety protocols and age-appropriate activities
• First aid: Certification in first aid procedures for children, including CPR and basic first aid techniques
• Preschool experience: Familiarity with preschool curriculum and activities to promote early childhood development
• Behavior management: Ability to manage behavior issues effectively and promote positive behavior in children Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
