Job Description

Four Seasons ELA is a vibrant and nurturing Reggio-inspired Preschool committed to providing a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children. We focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based and age-appropriate activities. We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team for our 2-year-old classroom. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and parents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where infants feel secure and loved. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor and document each child's progress, ensuring personalized care and attention. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's day and milestones. Change diapers & keep children clean. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Maintain open lines of communication between the classrooms and the administrative office. Ensure Licensing, Local and School rules and policies are properly followed.
