KinderCare in Lancaster is seeking a dedicated Teacher to inspire young learners in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support children's social, emotional, and academic growth, and maintain strong communication with families. You'll collaborate with a diverse, supportive team, follow all safety and licensing standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and inclusion, while having opportunities for professional development and career advancement within KinderCare's nationwide network. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Assess children's development and communicate progress to families Maintain classroom routines, behavior expectations, and safety standards Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve educational programs Engage with families through regular updates and conferences Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development assessment Parent and family communication Lesson planning and documentation Behavior guidance techniques Health, safety, and licensing compliance Basic technology for classroom and reporting Recordkeeping and documentation Collaboration with educators and staff
