Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and preschool curriculum development. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering positive social interactions. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members clearly and empathetically. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and childhood welfare policies. Competence in lesson planning that integrates literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities, and standardized testing preparation when appropriate.
