KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our South Shore learning centers. In this role, you'll create a warm, inclusive classroom where young children feel safe, curious, and confident. You'll design developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Teachers build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and regular progress updates. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with health and safety guidelines. Observe and document children's developmental progress and adapt activities to individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences, milestones, and concerns. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities, events, and continuous program improvement. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and state childcare requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
