Toddler Teacher Kiddie Academy of League City West is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and attentive Toddler Teacher to support our youngest learners. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development, while maintaining a structured and safe classroom environment. Toddler Teachers play a critical role in creating a loving foundation where children feel secure, supported, and ready to grow. This position is a closing shift from 9:30

• Respecting leadership while leading through service Key Responsibilities Child Care & Supervision Ensure the safety and supervision of all children at all times Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Learning & Development Support implementation of Kiddie Academy curriculum Engage children through age-appropriate activities (music, play, language, movement) Foster social, emotional, and early cognitive development Use positive guidance and redirection techniques Classroom Environment Maintain structured daily schedules and transitions Keep classroom materials clean, organized, and ready Follow all licensing, health, and safety standards Parent Communication Communicate daily with parents in a warm and professional manner Share updates on child's day, development, and needs Build trusting relationships with families Team Collaboration Work closely with co-teachers and leadership Support overall campus culture and standards Assist with classroom and campus needs as required What We're Looking For Experience with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred Patient, nurturing, and attentive personality Strong reliability and work ethic Ability to manage multiple children in a structured environment Passion for early childhood development CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required)
