Who This Role Is For — Please Read Carefully We are looking for someone who: Is highly reliable and punctual—every single day Takes ownership and responsibility without constant supervision Is comfortable taking on a key leadership role in the center Lives close to Lewisville and can consistently commute to work Is looking for a long-term position , not a temporary job Works well with teachers, families, and children Is willing to step in and help wherever needed Reliability is extremely important for this position. If you are not able to consistently be dependable and punctual, this role will not be a good fit. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director with daily center operations Support teachers and step into classrooms when needed Help ensure compliance with Texas childcare licensing requirements Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and staff Manage attendance, staff schedules, and daily classroom transitions Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive environment Support staff with daily questions and classroom needs Take responsibility for closing the center every day at 6:30 PM Help maintain smooth operations when the Director is unavailable Transportation Requirement — Required Must be able to safely drive the daycare bus Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be comfortable transporting children according to daycare policies and safety requirements Additional pay is provided for bus-driving duties What We Offer ✅ Consistent schedule with no split shifts ✅ Guaranteed full-time hours — 40 hours per week ✅ Supportive, family-oriented, non-corporate work environment ✅ Opportunity for professional growth ✅ Potential opportunity to grow into a Director role ✅ Stable, long-term position ✅ Additional compensation for bus-driving responsibilities Professional Reference Requirement — Strict To be considered for this position, candidates must provide at least 2 professional references .
