DAYCARE / PRESCHOOL TEACHER
We are hiring caring and dependable Infants, Toddlers and Preschool teachers to work with children at our daycare/preschool located in Coppell. We are looking for individuals who enjoy being around young children and want to help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Our classrooms are full of energy, curiosity, and laughter. As a teacher, you will help guide children as they explore, learn new skills, and develop confidence during these important early years. At The Learning Experience in Coppell, we believe our teachers are the heart of the center. We focus on building a supportive team environment where educators feel appreciated, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help provide a safe and nurturing classroom environment for young children. Engage children in play-based learning activities throughout the day. Support daily routines including learning activities, meals, and transitions. Encourage positive behavior and help children develop social and emotional skills. Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff members. Communicate with families in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is helpful but not required. Interest in early childhood education and child development. Friendly, patient, and dependable personality. Ability to work well as part of a team. Strong communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when assisting children. We welcome both experienced childcare teachers and individuals who are looking to begin a rewarding career working with children. Training and guidance are provided to help our team succeed.
