Monitor each child's progress using standardized testing methods and document their developmental milestones regularly. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure smooth transitions between activities while maintaining high standards of childcare and safety. Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences tailored to individual needs. Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage families. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education activities suitable for young children. Experience with special education or early intervention programs is a plus. Certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred; relevant coursework in literacy education and Montessori methods is advantageous. Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive social interactions.
