The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Requirements Proven experience in daycare settings or as a preschool teacher is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, or babysitting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
