In-Home Childcare Provider Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Childcare Provider to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper in Little Elm, Texas. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Our goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that empowers our clients to live their best lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one childcare services to children in their own homes, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters emotional growth and development Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs and interests of each child, promoting independence and self-confidence Engage in various activities, such as arts and crafts, reading, singing, and outdoor play, to encourage learning and socialization Maintain accurate records of daily activities, meals, and medications administered Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and address any concerns Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and best interests of our clients About the
